Chakra Balancing Yoga

Are you interested in learning more about the Chakra system? Practicing yoga through the lens of these energetic centers helps us to balance our physical, emotional, and spiritual body. This class will weave poses together that focus on opening and balancing each of our Chakras along with guided visualization and meditations, offering modifications suitable for all levels. Essential oils will be diffused throughout the class to also support our chakra system with aromas in our practice.
