Gentle Yoga
Are you looking for ways to be more mindful? To relieve stress and anxiety? To strengthen and tone your body? Or are you simply looking to try something new? Gentle Yoga focuses on slow fluid movements combined with a variety of breathing techniques; the goal is to calm the mind, relax the body, bring balance to the breath, and “just be”.
