Making business decisions in a rapidly changing environment is a daunting task for Agricultural and Food business owners. The need to shift quickly to keep up with industry and market changes and demands means becoming a “strategic pioneer.” Assessing your pre-COVID Strengths and Weaknesses and considering how they apply to today’s Opportunities and Threats is one way to make sense in all the confusion, helping to make careful but rapid plans. Join the PA SBDC Ag Center of Excellence business consultants and industry experts as we explore how SWOT analysis can clarify and fortify your agricultural and food service business decisions.

All food and farm businesses are invited to the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers' “virtual table” to share ways that they have used this time to fuel their business growth and development. Like a family table, this gathering offers the opportunity to raise questions, exchange ideas, and come away refreshed for the next challenge.
