Improve your overall balance, flexibility, and well being. Qigong is a Chinese system of physical exercises and breathing control similar to Yoga and Tai Chi. In this class, you will experience the benefits of blending all of these practices together with gentle movement, self-applied massage, breathing practices, deep relaxation, and meditation.

Lead by: Stephanie’ Koller
Stephanie's journey into wellness began with her love of movement and dance. Growing up she took ballet lessons and also participated in high school/college varsity sports. In 2009 Stephanie discovered the healing powers that mind/body classes provide. She began teaching yoga-based group fitness classes and over time has expanded her offerings. She now teaches a variety of yoga-inspired formats and continues to expand her knowledge base. As a mind/body instructor, her goal is to help class participants make an internal connection between yoga postures and breathing. This enables them to become more grounded, empowered and confident.
