Vinyasa Flow Chakra Yoga

This class will then run for 7 weeks, each week focusing on one of the seven primary chakras located within our bodies. To activate this channel of energy, conscious breath is linked with both vigorous and mindful movement. This helps to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Postures, essential oils, sounds, and guided meditations corresponding to the specific chakra will be incorporated to further synchronize your energy body encouraging healing and vitality.

No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Based on each participant's unique needs, positional variations will be provided with a focus on safe alignment.

Feb. 4 ~ Heart Chakra: Compassion, connection, forgiveness
Feb. 11 ~ Throat Chakra: Acceptance, communication, expression
Feb. 18 ~ Third Eye Chakra: Intuition, imagination, dreams
Feb. 25 ~ Crown Chakra: Insight, higher consciousness, oneness
