Virtual All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

**Class will be held virtually via Zoom until further notice. Once Registered at for the class, you will be emailed a Zoom link.

The foundation of vinyasa is linking breath to movement. In this invigorating class, you will create heat and energy in the body as you flow through a sequence of postures linked by breath. In addition to physical postures that build balance, strength, and flexibility, this class integrates pranayama breathwork and meditation to instill a sense of calm and relaxation. An extended savasana at the end of practice provides an opportunity to soak in these mind-body benefits. Whether you are newer to yoga or an advanced practitioner, different pose variations are given so you may practice at your own comfort level.
