For over twelve years, The Nittany Quill has offered a beautiful line
of hand scribed and painted Calligraphy quotes and poems from our
small retail store in State College, Pennsylvania. In 1988, The
Nittany Quill decided to make these beautiful calligraphic pieces
available nationwide.

From our workshop and studios, located on a majestic eight acre farm
in the Kishacoquillias Valley of central Pennsylvania, our
Calligraphy pieces are beautifully embellished with illuminated
letters and garden flowers by our artisans. Our framed and matted
Calligraphy pieces are warm yet sophisticated and have a
distinct Victorian look that will add to the elegance of any home.
