Mission
To develop and implement a Central Pa. response to the reconstruction needs in the Gulf Region resulting from the Hurricane Katrina catastrophe.
Goal
In cooperation with local Gulf Region officials, select a strategic rebuilding need, do design work, site planning, then transport necessary equipment, materials and workers for 'turnkey' construction, excavation to furnishings, utilizing Centre Region professionals, skilled workers, volunteers and donations.
Ancillary Goal
Develop a 'template' by which other cities/groups can select and carry out reconstruction projects. Provide a web base conduit of project information, basic requirements, do initial screening of interested parties and then connect them with the appropriate local leadership.
