Everyone is invited to play, sing or just listen to the Bluegrass and Gospel Jam every Tuesday night. Join the guitars, banjos, mandolins, fiddles, harmonicas, dobros and of course, the melodious voices. A 15 minute break is enjoyed by all for some pot luck cookies and/or cakes. No charge for playing or listening. Great fun for all.

Miss Melanie & the Valley Rats play Rhythm, Blues & Soul every Friday night at 9:00 PM at Otto's Pub and Brewery in State College. Welcome back Boston-based band Laura Cortese and the Dance Cards for a Family Concert on Thursday, May 26th at 4:30 PM. Featuring 2 fiddles, 1 cello, 1 bass, and tight vocal harmonies, this quartet blends Celtic and bluegrass styles with indie-rock sensibilities. Sure to be a fantastic all-ages show, be sure to bring your dancing shoes.

Folk College is a fun and friendly weekend of playing and hearing folk music! The weekend begins on Friday with a selection of pre-event master classes followed by workshops; then Saturday through Sunday, the schedule includes more workshops, coaching sessions, concerts, jamming, singing, and dancing.
