STATE COLLEGE — The State College Chapter of the American Association of University Women will accept donated books for its annual used book sale through Wednesday, March 7, at its workshop, 176 Technology Drive, Boalsburg.
Books can be dropped off from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays and from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Books also can be placed in blue donation bins in the workshop's driveway.

Thanks to community donations, AAUW members have now culled, sorted and priced more than 3,000 boxes of books for the sale, which is scheduled for Saturday, May 12, through Tuesday, May 15, at Penn State Snider Agricultural Arena.

“We are on our way toward bringing 4,000 boxes to the sale again this year, which is a terrific reflection on our generous community book donors,” said Suzanne Kerlin, book workshop co-chairman.

AAUW State College book sale funds advance equity for women and girls by providing community grants and local scholarships.
