South Hills announces summer music series

STATE COLLEGE — South Hills School of Business & Technology recently announced the lineup for the 30th annual Summer Music Picnic series. This summer-long series of concerts is sponsored by The Mazza Foundation for Education, and will feature artists such as Nittany Knights, Callanish, Sweet Adelines, and more. 

The community is invited to join the fun and free concert performances held Sunday evenings June through August on the lawn at South Hills’ Main Campus, 480 Waupelani Drive, in State College. Each picnic will begin at 5 p.m., and music will kick off at 6 p.m. lasting until 7:30 p.m. Lemonade is still 1 cent a glass and the snack bar will sell hot dogs and other picnic fare for attendees.
