Medications have been reported as stolen from 130 Linden St., Rush Township, on April 10 sometime from 3 to 9:10 p.m. according to police. The medicine that was stolen was baclofen, trazodone, clonazepam and oxycontin.

Police said that Fredrick Hazel, 37, of Philipsburg, was arrested after he was found to have alleged drug paraphernalia on his possession while he was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation on Walton Street in Chester Hill Borough in Clearfield County on April 15.

Police said they encountered Breylen Snoddy, 22, of Wilkes-Barre, at a broken-down vehicle along Interstate 80 in Boggs Township on April 19 and found him to be in possession of alleged drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed through district court.

Officers report that a Bellefonte man had his Burger King app used in Austin, Texas, to make multiple unauthorized purchases on April 23 and 24.

Police said they investigated a case of identity theft after a Howard man was notified by the United States Postal Service of an address change. Then the victim noticed a replacement card and pin change were requested for his bank card on April 24.

Michael Cook, 28, of Philipsburg, and Samantha Earnest, 27, of Osceola Mills, were arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on North Centre and East Laurel Streets in Philipsburg on April 30, according to police reports.

Police responded to a crash on South Eagle Valley Road in Union Township on May 3 in which Dennis Butler, of Bellefonte, was lifeflighted to Altoona Hospital after he drove his Harley Davidson off the roadway for unknown reasons. After leaving the roadway he slid into the grass along the side of the road, before he overturned and slid across both lanes and crashed into the guard rail. Butler was cited for driving on roadways not laned for traffic.

Police said a shotgun was found along South Eagle Valley Road in Huston Township in May 8. The firearm may be claimed by contacting police at (814) 355-7545.

Jeffrey Bechdel, 52, of Howard, was cited by police after he allegedly drove his ATV on private property on Short Lane in Liberty Township on May 8.

Police are investigating after a Coburn man told authorities on May 8 that he paid for a vehicle part that was for sale on Ebay, but did not receive the part. The listing was reported to Ebay as a possible scam. The investigation is ongoing.

Police said they arrested Brian Harris, 42, of Jersey Shore, for harassment with no legitimate purpose, on May 12 after he texted a Bellefonte woman numerous times.
