Edward Scissorhands Brings Fantasy to The State Theatre!

The State Theatre is proud to present Tim Burton’s beloved fantasy film, Edward Scissorhands, for two nights. The dates are set for Wednesday and Thursday, December 26 and 27. The film will play at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. each night. Tickets cost $7, and $5 for students and seniors.

When Avon saleswoman, Peg Boggs, brings home Edward (Johnny Depp) he fits in right away. Edward is an uncompleted artificial man with scissors in place of hands. Edward quickly develops feelings for Peg’s daughter, Kim (Winona Ryder). His warm welcome, however, begins to fade and Edward realizes that he cannot continue to live with the Boggs’.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.StateTickets.org. Tickets can also be purchased at our Re/Max Box Office, located at 130 West College Avenue, Monday – Friday from 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. or Saturday from 12- 5 p.m. You can also call 814.272.0606 during normal box office hours.
