Donation: $2.00 a person, which benefits the Friends of Black Moshannon. After the events, all are welcome for refreshments and snacks at the ELC Building.
Hike: Enjoy the last days of the fall season with some exercise on the new Ski Slope Trail. Also, discover the history of the former Black Moshannon ski operation and also why the Ski Slope Trail was relocated. The hike will be about 4 miles and includes a gradual hill climb and descent. Hike may also include a section of the Snowmobile Trail.
Easy Bike Ride: Join the Friends of Black Moshannon for an easy group ride around the back roads of Black Moshannon for about 6 to 8 miles. This ride will accommodate children, and includes some stops.
Mountain Bike Challenge: Take an inaugural Ski Slope Trail ride of about 3 miles with a challenging climb and equally challenging downhill run! The ride will then continue (optional) on other trails and roads for a total distance of about 10 to 15 miles. Learn why the old ski slope trail was relocated and also discover the former ski operations at Black Moshannon State Park.
