Penn State Police Log, March 11th, 2008

  • Criminal charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Carmine W. Prestia's office against Jin W. Lee, 212 Porter Hall.  Lee was charged with Selling or Furnishing Liquor or Malt Beverages or Brewed Beverages to minors and Unlawful Acts Relative to Liquor, Malt or Brewed Beverages and Licensees.  The charges stem from an incident that occurred February 15th, 2008 at Redifer Commons.
  • An employee reported graffiti on a door at the Central Campus Substation.  The value of the damage is estimated at $235.
  • An employee reported a known person presented personal checks for payment of services at the Penn Stater.  The checks were drawn on a closed account.
