by on November 29, 2014 9:15 AM

Butters was a very sick guy when he came to Centre County PAWS, but after medical treatment and the removal of his right eye, he's now a happy and healthy cat.

This sweet feline is feisty and full of purrs according to his foster mom and he has a terrific appetite.

Butters is a domestic shorthair. This orange tabbie and is six-months-old so he still has plenty of kitten left in him.

He was found outdoors as a stray.

The folks at PAWS say he should do fine in a home with kids, other cats and even dogs.

Affectionate and playful, you can meet Butters at PAWS, 1401 Trout Rd., State College, during weekend hours.

A guardian angel has already paid his adoption fee as a gift to Butters' forever family.
