Candidates for Board of Trustees Chair and Co-Chair Announced
The Penn State Board of Trustees will vote for its new officers at its Jan. 18 meeting and two members have come forward as candidates: current co-chair Keith Masser and Stephanie Deviney.
According to Penn State Live, candidates may still be nominated at the board meeting next week.
The election was announced after current board chairwoman Karen Peetz revealed she is not seeking re-election after being named president of BNY Mellon.

The board convenes for committee meetings starting at 2 p.m. on Thursday and its regular meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Friday. All meetings will be held in the Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel.
During a public seminar beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, three to five minutes will be allotted for each candidate to discuss his or her views and to field questions from the voting membership, according to Penn State.
