The Centre County Republican Party has opened a seasonal Victory Office, a campaign hub for GOP candidates for local, state and federal offices.

The office, in suite 307 at 1315 S. Allen St., State College, is in the same building with the county party headquarters. Organizers plan to keep the Victory Office open through the general elections on Nov. 2. The party headquarters, in suite 203, are in the building on a more permanent basis.

"Incorporating Centre County into the State Victory Program shows that voters across our county are expected to have a major impact on this year's elections," Jennifer Myers, who chairs the county GOP, said in a press release. Cassie Marsh is the designated Pennsylvania Victory Central regional manager at the Victory Office.

It will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays through Nov. 2.

The county Democratic party has a campaign hub about 11 blocks away, at 224 S. Allen St. It's open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
