An accused drug dealer moves a step closer to trial following a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

District Judge Leslie Dutchcot ordered the charges against Wesley Tse bound over to the Court of Common Pleas, according to a news release from the Centre County District Attorney's office.

Tse, 21, was arrested in State College on Sept. 30 after the Centre County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at his apartment on Bellaire Avenue.

According to the district attorney's office, investigators confiscated drugs and cash worth more than $90,000.

Officers reportedly found more than 11 pounds of marijuana, 65 grams of ecstasy, 14 grams of cocaine, Psilocybin mushrooms, various prescription drugs and nearly $30,000 in cash. Buy money from an undercover drug purchase was also recovered according to the DA.

Tse is charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At the time of his arrest, the district attorney's office said the undercover bust was part of efforts to crack down on illegal narcotics in State College.

Authorities said last week their investigation is continuing and that additional charges are expected in this case. It's unclear whether other suspects may be involved.

Anyone with information about drug dealing can contact the Centre County Drug Tip Hotline at 1-877-898-DRUG (3784).
