A new StateCollege.com photo contest kicks off today. This time we want your favorite Halloween shot. Trick-or-treating, pumpkin carving, paranormal activity and just about anything else is game, as long as the photo was taken in or around the State College area. Multiple submissions are fine.

We’ll post our three favorites Friday, then let you pick the best. The winner gets a $50 gift certificate to Alto Italian Restaurant in Lemont.
