Drug Busts Nets Heroin, Cocaine, Guns & Cash

It might be a little harder to track down some hard drugs in State College thanks a major drug bust on Friday.

On Friday, law enforcement agents with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General arrested two State College residents after a two-month-long investigation. According to an OAG news release, Rashime Sibert-Bey and Phillip Blenman-El had been the targets of multiple controlled purchases of heroin and cocaine since February.

OAG agents -- along with officers from the State College, Patton Township and Ferguson Township police departments -- executed search warrants on both men's homes on Friday, which led to their arrests.

Blenman-El, 40, allegedly possessed four ounces of cocaine, four grams of heroin, over $3,000 cash and multiple pieces of drug packaging paraphernalia. He faces multiple counts of possession, possession with intent to deliver, and criminal use of a communications facility.

The OAG says that Sibert-Bey had ten grams of cocaine, over $1,000 cash and several automatic handguns. In addition to the same array of charges facing Blenman-El, the OAG says that Sibert-Bey will face additional charges because he is a previously convicted felon.
