Engineering Students to Get Innovative at E-Fest

An engineering festival at Penn State this weekend is expected to bring 800 students from all over the country to ignite innovation and creativity.

E-Fest East, an annual event held by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), will feature design challenges and speakers. But the main event is the Human Powered Vehicle Challenge, with superbikes racing in a two-part competition testing speed and endurance.

Centre County Report's Katie Filling talked with team members who will be competing in the biggest competition of the weekend.
