Former Penn State Wrestler Facing DUI Charges

Former Penn State wrestler David P. Rella waived his preliminary hearing this week after being charged with DUI in connection with a traffic stop in April.
According to the Daily Collegian, Rella, 20, faces two misdemeanor DUI charges. One charge is for being a minor and the second is a summary underage drinking charge after Rella was pulled over by police on April 17th.
Rella, along with two other teammates were dismissed from the wrestling May 12th after a violation of "team rules and the standards of the program." (Read More)
