Handy Delivery Taxi Hits Second Pedestrian

One day after a Penn State student was hit by a Handy Delivery Inc. taxi, another pedestrian sufferred minor injuires after being struck by a different taxi from the same company.

According to the Daily Collegian, Heather McMahon, 20, was walking diagonally across South Garner Street when she was struck by the taxi being driven by Jon St. Clair at about 2 a.m. Saturday morning.  Charges for pedestrian violations are pending against McMahon.  (Read More)
