Jobs In Doubt In Omega Bank Merger

According to the Centre Daily Times, First National Bank of Pennsylvania has given notice to 135 employees at Omega Bank's State College regional headquarters and surrounding offices warning them that their jobs may be affected by a merger between the two financial institutions. Federal employment law requires that the employees be warned.
