Judge Orders Adams Out

A judge ruled Wednesday that Dr. Larry Adams must vacate the former Philipsburg Hospital. The ruling hinders Adams plan to open a medical center at the former hospital.

According to the Centre Daily Times, a preliminary injunction by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court ordered Adams to turn the building over to the former operator of the hospital, Moshannon Valley Citizens, by March 31st. (Read More)
