on October 30, 2017 4:15 AM

If you or someone you know ever has to appear in court, Brian Marshall is exactly the type of person you want on the bench, and therefore we fully endorse him for Centre County Judge. We have known Brian for more than 10 years, and consider him the best candidate for the position both because of his legal experience and his judicial temperament.

Brian, current president of the Centre County Bar Association, will bring strong leadership and a fresh perspective to a court system that has drawn lots of attention lately. He is ready to be an agent of positive change, and will use his special skill set to put our judicial system back into the high esteem of Centre County residents. Brian is trained in collaborative law and third-party mediation, demonstrating his commitment to fairness. He is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and former CPA, and therefore uniquely qualified to handle the many financial aspects present in family law and other civil law cases.

Brian is known as an attorney who is always looking out for the best interests of his clients, while also making sure they have a full understanding of the complicated issues that could affect their cases. As judge, he will listen to all sides, and render decisions with care and compassion.

Our court system needs someone like Brian Marshall. Please join us in supporting Brian for Centre County Judge on Nov. 7.
