Letter: Marshall Will Treat All with Dignity and Respect

on May 10, 2017 4:00 AM

I have known Brian Marshall for almost 10 years and consider him the best candidate for Centre County Judge. Beyond having the required skills and experience to serve in this position, he has an appropriate judicial temperament, meaning we can be assured everyone who enters the courtroom will be treated with dignity and respect.

I have observed Brian deal with very stressful situations, such as a double flat tire on his RV while on Interstate 80 at night with his family and dogs on board, in a calm and patient manner. I know he thinks well on his feet and does not make rash decisions. He is kind, respectful, and truly cares about the people around him. He is the type of person who is always willing to help a friend or family member, rearranging his own schedule in order to do so.

I have consulted with Brian on legal matters and consider him to be very knowledgeable and always willing to provide a detailed explanation of the issues. He is known as an attorney who is always looking out for the best interests of his clients, while also making sure they have a full understanding of the complicated issues that could affect their cases.

If you have to appear before a judge, you want to know that the person on the bench truly cares, and will truly listen before rendering a fair and impartial decision. That person is Brian Marshall. We encourage you to vote for him for Centre County Judge on May 16.
