From 98-year-old George Etzweiler to State College Mayor Don Hahn, about 80 Centre County residents rappelled down the 12-story Fraser Centre in State College on Thursday.

Each had raised at least $1,000 for the charity fundraiser "Over the Edge," in support of Interfaith Human Services and Faith Centre, two Centre County nonprofits helping local residents in need.

Centre County Report's Jack Hirsh looks into how some of these volunteers braved the adventure to help out two local organizations.
