Penn State police stopped a naked man Friday afternoon after he was spotted on the field at Beaver Stadium, campus authorities said Saturday.
Construction workers there saw the man on the turf just after noon, according to a police report. It wasn't clear how long he had been inside the stadium or how he gained access, though some gates were open Friday for a women's football fantasy camp being held there.
A stadium worker quickly summoned police. When they arrived, police said, the man was already outside the facility. He had gotten his clothes back on at that point, they said.
He was taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center for evaluation, police said. Additional details weren't immediately available Saturday morning; police said Monday that an investigation is ongoing.
