School Budget Cuts: The State College school board is considering more than a dozen proposals to cut costs and increase revenues. A swimming program and field trips could see reductions; meanwhile, high-school students could pay more for parking at school.

Indecent Assault: Two Penn State students told borough police they were assaulted at the Delta Sigma Phi house, The Daily Collegian reported.

Last Stop: Headliners for the Last Stop music festival, scheduled for April 30 on the University Park campus, have been announced. Onward State has posted the details.

Tour de State: Police broke up four parties and wrote seven citations for disorderly conduct during the Tour de State party tour over the weekend, the Collegian reported.
