Borough Council: Foxdale Village plans to expand by 57 units and improve by adding a fitness center and parking garage. Soldiers Return: Members of the Charlie Company of the 2nd Battallion 112th Regiment, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team will return to Bellefonte Saturday. A parade will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Bellefonte Elementary School, the Centre Daily Times reported.

Music Festivals: Penn State students have planned a third spring concert, Celebrate State, to be held April 23, The Daily Collegian reported. Other concerts include Last Stop and Movin' On.
