Patton May Face More Jail Time

 George Patton, 33, was sentenced last Thursday to 22 3/4 to 45 1/2 years in prison after he was convicted of seven armed robberies and two attempted robberies in Centre and surrounding counties.

According to the Daily Collegian, the prison sentence will be reconsidered after the commonwealth filed a motion noting five-year mandatory sentences for each charge involving a "visibly possessed firearm." (Read More)
