Penn State Baskeball: Four-Star Power Forward Tabs Nittany Lions

by on October 05, 2018 4:05 PM

Penn State basketball's relatively quiet offseason on the recruiting trail picked up a major boost as 2019 Roman Catholic power forward and four-star prospect Seth Lundy verbally committed to the Nittany Lions on Friday.

Lundy is rated the fourth best basketball prospect in the state according to the Lions247 Network and picked Penn State over Louisville, Marquette and Virginia Tech out of his final four schools.

He took an official visit to Penn State this past weekend, the White Out doing more than its fair share of the work when it came to first impressions.

Now with four members in the 2019 haul, Lundy joins center Abdou Tsimbila, forward Patrick Kelly and forward Justin McKoy in his class. Lundy is also now the latest in a long line of Roman Catholic players to head to Penn State. Tony Carr, Lamar Stevens, Nazeer Bostick and Shep Garner all products of the same high school program.
