Penn State Basketball Player Faces Charges

Penn State Police filed charges yesterday against Penn State basketball player Stanley Pringle in connection with an incident involving public masturbation that occurred last Thursday in Pattee Library.

According to the Daily Collegian, Pringle's criminal complaint is currently unavailable because Centre County District Judge Jonathon Grine is out of the office until Monday.  Without a signed complaint, Pringle cannot be arrested.  He is being charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.  (Read More)
