Penn State landed another class of 2019 prospect on Wednesday when four-star wideout John Dunmore verbally committed to the Nittany Lions over Auburn, Florida, and Miami (Fla.), among others.

Dunmore, who plays for Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood, Fla.,  is ranked by 247 Sports as the No. 19 wide receiver prospect in the country and No. 15 prospect overall in Florida.

Penn State’s newest commit was recruited by running backs coach Ja’Juan Seider, who recently joined the program from the University of Florida. The wide receiver made an official visit to Happy Valley on June 10 and is listed on the same roster  as five other Penn State recruits at Nike’s “The Opening”.

Dunmore is not the first prospect to verbally commit to Penn State this week. Four-star linebacker Lance Dixon announced his commitment to the Nittany Lions on July 1.

With 11 commitments in the fold, Coach James Franklin's 2019 recruiting class is ranked No. 18 in the nation by 247.
