Penn State Football: Former Lineman Adam Gress Reportedly Dies After Fall

by on December 22, 2017 11:20 AM

Sad news this holiday season as Lions247 is reporting that former Penn State offensive lineman Adam Gress, has died following an accident. The reported sourced multiple former teammates, sources close to the Nittany Lions and a family source.

Details are still emerging, but according to the report Gress did not recover after falling and hitting his head Thursday.

At 6-foot-7, 320-pounds Gress was perhaps best know for his size, a massive lineman who played for Penn State from 2009 to 2013, a key cog in the Nittany Lions' turbulent years following the Jerry Sandusky scandal.

StateCollege.com will have more as this story develops.
