Penn State Football: Four-Star Wideout Headed To Happy Valley
Penn State picked up its second commitment on Wednesday as Nazareth (Pa.) wide receiver Jahan Dotson made the call. Dotson had previously been committed to UCLA but reopened his recruitment following a coaching change.
At 5-foot-11, 165-pounds, Dotson is rated one of the nation’s top slot receivers and lands at No. 185 overall in the Class of 2018 and the No. 35 wideout nationally according to the 247 Network.
Dontson joins a host of incoming Nittany Lions with national recognition. Penn State's recruiting class is headlined by three five-star prospects, most recently the commitment of defensive end Micah Parsons on Wednesday morning. Receiver Justin Shorter and running back Ricky Slade are both five-star prospects as well.
Penn State now has commitments from three of the Top 5 in-state prospects.
