Penn State's 11-3 season and Big Ten Championship run has the Nittany Lions finishing No. 7 in the final AP Top 25 poll of the season.

Released on Tuesday morning, the Nittany Lions are one of four Big Ten teams in the Top 10 with Michigan and Wisconsin coming in at No. 10 and No. 9 respectively. Much to the chagrin of many Penn State fans, Ohio State finishes ahead of the Nittany Lions by one spot at No. 6, the Buckeyes failing to score a point in their national semifinal game against Clemson.
