Penn State Football hit the weight room on Monday for testing as the Nittany Lions hit the bench press for early evaluation.

“You’re never really satisfied, but I feel good about where we are right now,” New strength coach Dwight Galt said. “The one thing you’re going to find out about me is that we’re all year round. … The spring ball weight training cycle is no different than the off season. We’re going to do the same thing. We’re going to crank all through spring ball, it’s going to be a little bit of an adjustment for them.”
