by on July 08, 2014 12:30 PM

The State College Spikes are set for James Franklin bobblehead night which is scheduled for next month.

Judging by the photo of the coach in plastic form people will be lining up to get one.

The first thousand fans to enter the stadium at the Spikes game on August 28 will be awarded the Franklin bobblehead. Franklin will join former head coach Bill O'Brien on the list of Penn State coaches to have had their likeness recreated.

The Franklin model even comes with an already popular slogan for fans across the state.

"The Coach Franklin bobblehead is based on the popular pic of him taken on the day he was announced as head football coach," The Spikes tweeted. "In the bobblehead, Coach Franklin is holding a football with the Spikes logo in front of stadium gates that say 'Dominate the State'"
