by on March 15, 2016 9:29 PM

According to court documents, a 24-year-old female friend of Penn State junior tight end Brent Wilkerson told State College police that the incident between her and Wilkerson allegedly occurred at a Waupelani Drive apartment. According to the documents the woman drove Wilkerson home after he and some friends spent the night at several downtown State College bars.

Wilkerson then allegedly invited himself to her home in the same apartment complex and fell asleep on her bed. According to the woman Wilkerson would not wake up.

Less than an hour later the woman said that Wilkerson, wearing only an undershirt and underwear pulled her towards him to which she told him to stop, and that Wilkerson did not listen. The Penn State tight end eventually attempted to undress the woman and exposed himself to her before beginning to masterbate according to documents.

According to the documents Wilkerson later met with State College police and his account of the early morning incident largely reflects that of the woman's. Wilkerson also allegedly admitted being remorseful for what he reportedly did, stating that he should have left "after the first no." When shown pictures of bruising on either side of the women's neck, Wilkerson reportedly stated that they were the result of him kissing her and not his hands.

Jourdan Rodrigue of the Centre Daily Times first reported the updated details of the case.

Wilkerson is slated for a preliminary hearing on April 6th. A Penn State spokesperson says that Wilkerson has been indefinitely suspended from all team activities.
