Penn State Hockey: Season Tickets Sell Out With Renewals Above 95 Percent

by on August 23, 2014 9:00 AM

Interest in Penn State hockey hasn't cooled off a bit judging by the latest ticket sales information. Penn State says season ticket packages have sold out.

The university says a 95-percent renewal rate limited the number of available packages.

Last season -- the first in the Pegula Ice Arena -- the Nittany Lions competed in front of sellout crowds on 16 occasions. Penn State was one of only five NCAA programs to play at more than 100 percent capacity at its home events.
