- A Parking Office staff member reported the Parking Office received a bad
check from a student. The bad check was received April 21st, 2008. The total value of the loss was estimated at $77.
- A Davey Laboratory staff member reported someone had damaged a wall and entered the Penn State observatory located at Black Moshannon State Park. The total value of the damage was estimated at $100.
- Criminal charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Leslie A. Dutchcot's office against Luke L. Marshall, 258 3rd Street, Conemaugh, PA. Marshall was charged with unlawful acts relative to liquor, malt, and brewed beverages and licenses. The charges stem from an incident which occurred April 19th, 2008 at Beaver Stadium.
- Criminal charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Leslie Dutchcot's office against Kevin C. Connolly, 102 Penfield Place, Wabash, PA and Alexander T. Brothers, 112 Millbrook Drive, Chadds Ford, PA. Connolly was charged with theft of property lost, mislaid, or delievered by mistake, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Brothers was charged with access device fraud, criminal attempt, criminal conspiracy and unsworn falsification to authorities. The charges stem from an incident which occurred between March 25th and April 4th, 2008 at the Intramural Building and a Wal-Mart on North Atherton Street in State College.
