July 25th
- A Pollock Housing Supervisor reported someone had damaged four exit signs located on the sixth floor of Beaver Hall. The incident occurred at 2:00 a.m. The value of the damage was estimated at $650.
- At 9:24 a.m. a fire detection signal was received from Beaver Hall. Further investigation revealed someone had activated the pull station when no fire or smoke condition existed.
- A student who had consumed alcohol while being less than 21 years of age was apprehended at Redifer Commons at 11:21 p.m. Ryan Bray, 509 Fisher Lane, Warminster, PA, was issued a citation for liquor law violation and released to a friend.
July 26th
- Two students were observed kicking a bicycle at Redifer Commons around 12:36 a.m. Further investigation revealed the students had consumed alcohol while being less than 21 years of age. David Eduardo Carmona, 6405 Brisa Del Mar, El Paso, Texas, and Christopher Martinez, 3811 Cordwood Lane, Seaford, New York, were each issued a citation for liquor law violation and released.
- At 3:03 a.m. a student who had consumed alcohol while being less than 21 years of age was apprehended at Old Botany Building. Dana Leann Reeser, 103 Talloway Court, Sykesville, MD, was issued a citation for liquor law violation and released to a friend.
July 27th
- A student who had consumed alcohol while being less than 21 years of age was apprehended at 12:50 a.m. on McKean Road. William Mikulik, 1590 Huntingdon Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA, was issued a citation for liquor law violation. He was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center by University Ambulance.
July 28th
- An Auxiliary Officer reported a small mulch fire at 10:06 a.m. in Lot 44. The fire was extinguished and no damages were reported.
- Charges were filed against Matthew V. Hershey, 1410 Silver Creek Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA. Hershey was charged with DUI and various summary traffic offenses. The charges stem from an incident which occurred July 20th, 2008 on Shortlidge Road.
- Charges were filed against Bryan J. Johnson, 28 State Street, Ossining, NY. Johnson was charged with DUI and a summary traffic violation. The charges stem from an incident which occurred July 20th, 2008 on College Avenue.
- Charges were filed against Eryn Marie Eysenbach, 6451 Bethel Road, Alexandria, PA. Eysenbach was charged with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, theft by unlawful taking, or disposition, receiving stolen property. The charges stem from an incident occurring from January 1st, 2008 through May 30th, 2008.
