- A fire detection signal was received from the ground floor of Wolf Hall. Officers arrived on scene with a smoke condition on the ground floor. The Alpha Fire Company responded to the scene and assisted in ventilating smoke from the residence hall. No injuries were reported and the cause of the smoke is under investigation.
- A Penn State police officer stopped a male visitor near the Penn State Golf Course. Brandon D. Brant, 147 Azalea Drive, State College, PA was found to have a warrant for his arrest from the Broward County Sheriff in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The warrant was for burglary. Brant was arraigned before District Judge Sinclair and placed in Centre County Jail in lieu of $25,000 straight bail.
