Penn State Police Log, May 14th, 2008

- A student was apprehended along Blue Course Drive after he had been observed on the Penn State Golf Course while under the influence of alcohol to the degree he annoyed other people near him. The was identified and released. Charges are pending.
- Criminal charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Jonathan D. Grine's office against Brooke L. Todaro, 596 Blair Road, State College, PA. Todaro was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, disorderly conduct, and two summary traffic violations. The charges stem from an incident which occurred May 10th, 2008.
- Criminal charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Carmine W. Prestia's office against Tyler J. Johnson, 8 Foster Court, South Orange, NJ and Ian Nair, 1 St. Lawrence Avenue, Maplewood, NJ. Johnson and Nair were charged with the controlled substance drug, device and cosmetic act. Johnson was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana. The charges stem from an incident which occurred February 27th, 2008 at Nittany Hall.
- Brandon D. Brandt, 147 Azalea Drive, State College, PA was arraigned at Magisterial District Judge Allen W. Sinclair's office. Brandt was charged with arrest prior to requisition. The charges stem from an outstanding felony warrant for burglary issued by the Broward County Sheriff's Office, Florida. Brandt was incarcerated in the Centre County Prison on $25,000 straight bail to await extradition to Florida.
