Penn State Police Log, May 15th, 2008

  • An Office of Physical Plant staff member reported someone had damaged an electrical receptacle located at the base of the western flag pole on the Old Main Lawn.  Value of the damage was estimated at $150.
  • A resident of Brill Hall reported someone used a gift card belonging to her to make $400 in unauthorized purchases.  The incident occurred on April 30th, 2008.
  • Criminal charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Carmine Prestia's office against Faithjoy Q. Toe, 501 Vairo Blvd., State College, PA.  Toe was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.  The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Shortlidge Road May 15th, 2008.
