  • A student reported the theft of his secured bike from Pennypacker Hall.  The estimated value of the loss was $355.41.
  • Charges were filed against Joseph M. Quagliariello, 2 William Howard Drive, Glen Mills, PA.  Quagliariello was charged with driving under the influence and summary traffic violations.  The charges stem from an incident that occurred April 26th, 2008 on East Foster Avenue.
  • Charges were filed against Kenneth Fischer, 1445 Grove Avenue, West Chester, PA.  Fischer was charged with violations of the drug and liquor law. The charges stem from an incident that occurred February 20th, 2008 at Curtin Hall.
