- Two warrants were served to a staff member at the HUB Robeson Center. Dorothy J. Butts, 226 Valley View Road, Bellefonte, PA, was taken into custody and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Dan Hoffman for a total of $899.
- Summary non-traffic citations were filed at Magisterial District Judge Jonathan D. Grine's office against Thomas M. Douglas, 301 Brittany Run Lane, Sarver, PA, Kenneth P. Golden, 1302 Eagle Road, West Chester, PA, and Tyler S. Jackson, 2 Cotonwood Court, Stafford, VA. Douglas, Golden, and Jackson were charged with criminal mischief. The charges stem from an incident which occurred April 23rd, 2008 at Fisher Hall.
- Criminal charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Jonathan D. Grine's office against Robert D. Long, 501 Vairo Blvd., Apt. 2331, State College, PA. Long was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance. The charges stem from an incident which occurred on May 17th, 2008 at North Atherton Street and White Course Drive.
- Criminal charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Carmine W. Prestia's office against Deana Allora, P.O. Box 171, 129 Baileys Mill Road, New Vernon, NJ. Allora was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, resisting arrest and two summary traffic violations. The charges stem from an incident which occurred May 18th, 2008 at College Avenue and South Garner Street.
